Shipping

We’re a small team here at sound signature. We respond as quickly as possible to every order and ship them ASAP. Please expect your delivery in 1 to 2 weeks from payment. It will take more for International Orders. If you would like to keep up with your order, please use the tracking order that we provide.

If an order is damaged or lost during transit it is not Sound Signature’s responsibility to provide a refund. With proper evidence that damage was done in-house, we will consider partial or full refunds.

VAT/customs

Sound Signature ships from Detroit, MI, USA. We do not cover import taxes.If you’re ordering outside of the states, please check your countries taxing regulations to find out your respective custom fees.
